Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use our Services or purchase any products from XVX Protocol LLC. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. XVX Protocol LLC reserves the right to verify age at any time and to refuse or cancel orders where this requirement is not met.
Research Use Only
All products sold by XVX Protocol LLC are strictly intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are not approved for human or animal consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. We do not provide usage instructions, dosing guidance, or any advice regarding personal application of our products.
By purchasing from us, you confirm that you will use all products solely for lawful research purposes and in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. XVX Protocol LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate any account, cancel any order, and permanently ban any user who implies, discusses, or attempts to use our products for human or veterinary administration.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of XVX Protocol LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this site is strictly prohibited.
Orders and Payments
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases made through our Services. XVX Protocol LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, cancel, or terminate any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, policy violations, pricing errors, product availability, or any other circumstance we deem necessary.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and applicable regulatory requirements, all sales are final. XVX Protocol LLC does not accept returns, issue refunds, or allow order cancellations once an order has been placed.
Reshipments may be considered in verified cases of fulfillment errors or shipping damage, subject to the documentation requirements outlined in our Return Policy and Shipping Policy. Please review those pages for full details.
Delivered Packages
Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. XVX Protocol LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks submitted for packages confirmed as delivered, refused, or reported as stolen will be disputed in full using carrier confirmation records, delivery documentation, and the customer’s agreement to these Terms.
Communications Consent
By placing an order, creating an account, or opting into our forms, you consent to receive communications from XVX Protocol LLC, including transactional, operational, and marketing communications, via email and SMS. By providing your phone number and email, you agree that we may send you text notifications and email newsletters. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out of email communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link, or opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message. Transactional and order-related communications will continue as permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XVX Protocol LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our Services or products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

XVX Protocol LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our Services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
