All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed. Due to the nature of our products as research compounds and the regulatory requirements that govern them, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.

The following policies apply to all orders without exception:

• Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Refunds are not issued for change of mind, ordering errors, or refused or undeliverable packages.
• Chargebacks filed for packages confirmed as delivered or reported as stolen will be disputed in full with supporting documentation.

Reshipments are considered only in cases of verified fulfillment errors or shipping damage, and only when all required documentation outlined in our Shipping Policy has been submitted and approved.
